Spiritual Consultation
Before your consultation, Crystal will follow up with you via email to schedule your consultation. She will request your birth date or a photo of you to use as an aid in sensing your energy.
Crystal enters a meditative trance to gain insight from the spirit world to share with you. A consultation is 30 minutes.
After the consultation, you will receive a typed version via email for your reference. Additionally, for your first consultation, Crystal will mail you her gift of a medicine bag with tools to guide you on your path.

During your hypnotherapy session, we will discuss your goals, the process, and go over any questions you may have about hypnotherapy through the initial consultation. Hypnotherapy is a natural state of mind of heightened awareness and deep relaxation. I use a unique blend of focus toward your goals, guided imagery, and deepening meditation techniques to aid you on your journey within your own subconscious and conscious mind. The most common client goals include improving health, reducing stress, weight loss, breaking bad habits, and uncovering past lives.

Latin American Folk Healing
A Shamanic healing session is energy healing that is spirit-led. Our energy fields can impact our body, emotions, mind, and soul. Through our daily lives we can gather lots of junk we don’t need and tend to hold onto.
We will discuss your goals, the process, and go over any questions you may have. In the healing process, I bring in the assistance of spirits through a trance or altered state, to heal a client in need. The healing can take place laying down or sitting up, whichever is preferable for the person being healed. Sessions are performed fully clothed. Each session also involves the burning of sage or other healing incense to clear the space and energy.
The healing can occur through sound healing of a drum or Native American flute, rocks, crystals, or talismans. It is through this process that harmful energy can be removed and helpful missing energies can be returned to a client. This creates a balance within the body so true healing can occur.
Latin American Healing Sessions are $77 for one hour.
